We collect certain personal data about our webshop customers, members, and newsletter subscribers (not all data are relevant for all):

• Name
• E-mail address
• Member number
• Member since
• Expiration date
• Phone number

We use these data to send newsletters to our members and subscribers, to operate our webshop, and to keep track of the expiration of memberships. We do not share the data with third parties (except for payment data that is managed by our payment processing platform).

You can remove yourself from our newsletter by following the link in the footer of each newsletter, you can adjust your membership settings, or you can be removed altogether from our systems by sending an email to [email protected] – please use the subject line “Remove me from the system”, though we may need to keep some data for legal or accounting reasons.

We will routinely delete data that has not been in use for three years.

According to Danish law Bastard Café ApS, CVR DK40973672, is “dataansvarlig”.

Of course we also have various data on our employees. Those data are shared with tax authorities, banks etc, and are in systems that are not connected to the membership, customer and newsletter data.
