Conventions and fairs

Internationale Spieltage SPIEL (in Essen, Germany, in October) is possibly the largest boardgame trade fair in the world, and Bastard Cafe organizes a tour for some 70-80 geeks. For this year’s tour, see here and here.

GEN CON (in Indianapolis, IN, USA, in August) is the largest boardgame convention in the US.

Origins (in Columbus, OH, USA, in June) is one of the “classic” boardgame conventions in the US.
